Find the right fit

Every program lists who it’s for, when it meets and what it costs. Start with a sport and your player’s age.

For the current schedule and prices, call (719) 555-0142 or email hello@creaseandcleat.example. The front desk will find the right program for your player.

    How we train

    Four ways to train

Same coaches, same standards. What changes is how many players share the coach and how long you commit.

    1. Private lessons

      Players
      1 or 2
      Session
      30–40 min

One specific fix: a stride, a release, a swing path. Video on the tablet between reps, so players see what the coach sees.

      See private lessons
    2. Small groups

      Players
      Up to 4 per coach
      Session
      60–75 min

Players at the same level, grouped by position. Enough company to compete, few enough that nobody hides.

      See small groups
    3. Clinics

      Players
      Up to 6 per coach
      Session
      50–90 min

One family of skills taught in order, week over week. Miss a week and you can make it up in a matching group.

      See clinics
    4. Camps

      Players
      Up to 6 per coach
      Session
      Half days

School breaks and summer weeks. Skills in the morning, small-area games before lunch, and new players welcome.

    Coaches who teach

Four full-time coaches lead every program. Each one played at a high level, and each one is certified, SafeSport trained and background screened before working with a single player.

    Before the first session

    What parents should know

The questions we answer most at the front desk. Anything else, call or stop by.

Skates, gloves, a stick and a puck laid out on the ice beside a goal.
On-ice sessions: full gear, every time
    What should my player bring?

Hockey, on the ice: full gear. Helmet with a cage, neck guard, gloves, shoulder, elbow and shin pads, pants, skates and a stick. Skates should have been sharpened in the last few weeks.

Hockey, shooting lanes: gloves, stick and court shoes. No skates.

Baseball: a glove, a helmet for anything with live pitching, and a bat if your player has one — we keep loaners. Turf shoes or sneakers; metal cleats stay outside.

Everyone: a water bottle with a name on it.

Which level is right: Learn, Build or Compete?

Learn is for players new to the sport, or new to this skill. Build is for players on a team who want cleaner fundamentals. Compete is for travel, AA and high school players working at game speed.

Not sure? Book a free 20-minute evaluation and a coach will place your player. Nobody gets moved down in front of the group.

    What is the refund policy?

Cancel 14 days or more before the first session for a full refund. Inside 14 days, the full amount becomes a credit toward any program in the next 12 months.

Once a program has started, an injury with a doctor’s note gets a pro-rated credit. Camp spots can be handed to a sibling or a friend at no charge.

What if we miss a session?

Each clinic block includes one make-up in a matching group, booked at the front desk. Private lessons can be moved with 24 hours’ notice.

    How many players per coach?

Never more than six in clinics and camps, four in small groups, and one or two in private lessons. Goalies always work in groups of four or fewer.

    Can parents watch?

Yes. The lobby looks onto the studio rink through glass, and there is a bench behind every batting tunnel. At the first and last session of a block, coaches take five minutes with parents on what to practice at home.

    Are coaches screened?

Every coach completes SafeSport training and a background screening before working with players, and renews both on schedule. Two adults are in the building for every session.
