How we handle your information
The short version: this website doesn’t track you, doesn’t set cookies of its own, and only collects what a parent or guardian chooses to send us.
What this site collects
Nothing, until you contact us. Browsing the site doesn’t create an account, set a cookie of ours, or run analytics or advertising trackers. The program finder keeps your sport and age choices in the page address so you can share or bookmark them; they aren’t stored anywhere else.
When you send a program inquiry, we receive only what you type in:
- your name, phone number and email address;
- your player’s age and, if you give it, their experience level;
- the program you’re asking about, and anything you add in the notes.
We don’t ask for a player’s name, date of birth, school or photograph on this website.
How we use it
To answer you, to place your player in the right program, and to confirm a spot. We don’t sell your information, and we don’t share it for advertising.
Services that handle it for us
The inquiry form is delivered to us by a form-processing service , which passes it on by email. If you register through an online registration platform , you’re using their service, and their privacy policy covers what you give them, including payment details.
A few things on these pages are loaded from other companies, which means your browser connects to them and they receive your IP address:
- Our web host , which delivers the pages and keeps standard server logs.
- Unsplash, which hosts some of our photographs.
- Google Maps, but only if you press “Show map”. Nothing is loaded from Google until you do, and Google may set its own cookies once the map appears.
The typefaces are stored with the site, so no font service is contacted.
How long we keep it
Inquiries are kept for as long as we need them to look after your registration and for our ordinary business records.
Your choices
You can ask us what we hold about you or your player, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email hello@creaseandcleat.example or call (719) 555-0142, and we’ll take care of it.
Children
This site is written for parents and guardians. We ask adults for a player’s age and experience so we can recommend a program; we don’t knowingly collect information directly from anyone under 13.
Changes
If we change how we handle information, we’ll update this page and the date below.
